Preeti Rao's mission is to make a difference in people's lives by eradicating the root cause of disease and reduce the chances of it recurring by making lifestyle behavioral changes that last a lifetime.
Her 20 + years of National & International experience with Leading Integrative Health Centers, Hospitals, Health Insurance and Corporate Organisations, has enabled her to blend scientific rigor with holistic self-care with emphasis on mind/body/spirit wholeness. Her expertise lays in integrative health, exercise physiology, nutrition, wellness coaching, health coaching, stress management, corporate wellness programs, integrated and complementary medicine, healthy aging and global health. Her authored articles have been published in Indian Today Woman, Mint, Indian Express, Business Standard, The Hindu, Business Standard, Afternoon DC, FWD Life Magazine, Asia Spa to name a few.

Julie V. Thompson, a holistic nutritionist and integrative health coach, specializes in helping clients achieve optimal health and well-being through a transformative approach to food and lifestyle. Drawing upon her expertise in holistic nutrition and chronic disease prevention, she empowers individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes and adopt health- promoting practices that lead to lasting results.

Kathleen Jones MA, NBC-HWC is a highly qualified health education specialist with a Master's degree and National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. She possesses extensive expertise in Positive Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine, and Yoga, and has gained certifications in all these areas. Kathleen has over years of teaching wellness and lifestyle medicine to the resident family physicians and health coach aspirants. Kathleen contributes her positive energy and expertise to the development of continuing education offerings.
