We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Gurugram. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. You will interact with potential clients to understand their needs, develop strategies to secure new business, and ensure client satisfaction through effective account management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 + Aggressive Incentives (based on profile and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate departments for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Use CRM tools to manage the entire customer cycle
- Collaborate with management on sales goals
- Attend networking events
- Maintain and update customer and marketing documentation
Qualifications:
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Proficiency in business strategies and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Account management experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in health and wellness is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong track record in customer service, ideally within the EdTech or education/skilling industry
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in consultative sales and managing senior-level relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
