The world as we know it has changed. Never in the history of humankind have we experienced such magnitude of ill health and elevated levels of mental distress.

Most people know that poor lifestyle habits, such as sedentary living, unhealthy eating, smoking, lack of sleep, and alcohol consumption, cause lifestyle diseases and mental stress. Still, they struggle to make positive changes in their lifestyle.

That’s why we need more health & wellness coaches to guide us. Health & wellness coaches are trained in multiple disciplines and help individuals foster positive lifestyle habits using a holistic wellness vision – physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. A trained health & wellness coach can help people move from illness to wellness by invoking their inherent strengths and abilities to change, boosting their sense of self-awareness and self-confidence.
