Role Summary
The Team Lead – Admissions Counselor will be responsible for leading the admissions team, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional counseling experience for prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Admission Coordinator team.
- Drive admissions and revenue targets for certification programs.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Guide counselors on objection handling and admission closures.
- Ensure timely follow-up of webinar attendees and inbound leads.
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and admission reports.
- Supervise day-to-day admissions operations, team performance.
- Resolve student queries and escalations effectively.

Qualification & Experience:
